Learnings from community consultation and community design for organisational development

ODNE-Europe seminar hosted by EDELWEISS Consulting:

Participation became a big word and people expect being asked and having their voice being heard. Both companies and public services start to recognise this development, looking for ways to involve their internal and external stakeholders in a more interactive manner. Especially the digitalisation of our daily life appears as attractive opportunity for easy and broad involvement.

But how does it look in reality? What do we as facilitators, consultation experts and OD-practitioners, experience in our daily work with customers? And how does digitalisation change the way we have to look at our OD- and consultation-processes?

By bringing together experts from the field of consultation as well as the field of Organizational Design, with practitioners from these fields, we will exchange experiences and have a closer look how we can utilize tools and experiences from colleagues. Beside all of this, it is a great opportunity to strengthen your professional network with colleagues from all over Europe in the beautiful scenery of Vienna during spring.

Seminar and dinner take place at the Austria Trend Hotel “Hotel Ananas ****”
Rechte Wienzeile 93-95
1050 Vienna

Tickets are still available and include all seminar materials and breaks during both seminar days as well as the dinner with all participants and the speakers. The tickets for both seminar days cost €279,00; ODN-Europe members can order discounted tickets for €199,00 (all prices including taxes).
